David Terry has been asked to speak at the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association national conference in St. Louis, Missouri on September 11, 2014.
The Life Care Planning Law Firms Association (LCPLFA) is a national network of law firms that advocate for quality care for elders and offer legal services to assist elderly clients and their families navigate the maze of long term care in the United States. The LCPLFA national conference typically draws around 200 attorneys from across the country.
Coordinating the event is Brigid Fernandez an attorney with Martha C. Brown & Associates who stated, “We asked David to speak at our event because of his expertise, knowledge and experience in this area of the law that can affect our client population.”
The title of David’s presentation is “The Reality of Nursing Home Litigation And The Role Of The Life Care Planning Law Firm”. Upon accepting the invitation, David Terry noted, “To be given such a prominant speaking role at the national conference of this important organization is an honor. I look forward to discussing how litigators and life care planners can work together to end some of the horrors nursing home residents experience on a daily basis.”
David Terry is a founding member of Nursing Home Justice Associates, LLC and a nationally recognized author and speaker on matters involving nursing home litigation. He regularly consults with attorneys across the United States on nursing home cases and is a member of several organizations that advocate for the elderly, including the American Association of Justice, Nursing Home Litigation Group.
